I always believe in monopoly. When I’ve been starting my online earning career, I’ve learned HTML, CSS, Javascript, JQuery, Bootstrap, PHP from ITBari.But in the marketplace, the competition was very high, so I’ve changed my strategy. I’ve decided to start my journey as an Email Marketing Consultant.

My Starting

I believe in monopoly but I had no option to start with something new. I was less than good in English. So I follow the traditional way of learning. I started with video editing because I had a Camtasia premium license. It was freelancer.com, I had started to submit entries on the contest. Luckily I won 3 Contests ( A video editing & 2 Web Development) & Won 2 Projects (Web Development). It was $12 USD, my first earning on the internet. After winning the first contest, I earned a total of $933 USD from Freelancer.com.But unfortunately Freelancer.com suspended my account for 7 days because one buyer had asked outside contact and I had not reported it.

After the suspension, I withdraw money through the skrill & buy email database and started re-selling on Freelancer.com. One day a buyer asked me to validate the email. Then I started to learn email marketing on Udemy. Honestly, I spend all of my money to buy new courses on Udemy & ITBari. In my collection, I have a lot of courses because I send emails to the instructors for a coupon code. 99% of them reply with coupon codes and after that, I’ve started to getting premium support from them.

After gathering near vast knowledge on email marketing & fundamentals knowledge on web development, I’ve started my email marketing consultancy career.

So why not web development & why email marketing?

In the sector of web development, there were a lot of top-ranked freelancers. But I was new. If I wanted to offer a web development related service, then it was important to consider the low pricing. But if I do something different than others, I can make good money. So I was the first Postal SMTP Developer of Fiverr. But unfortunately, I deleted the first postal SMTP gig because it was very important to change the permalink of the gig to the ranked top on the search result. However, without the knowledge of web development, email marketing is very critical.

Will I start Email Marketing or Not?

I think it will be better to follow yourself. At this moment the low competitive niches of Fiverr are:

My Mistakes

Not Reporting Violation
It’s very important to report any types of violation. Otherwise you’ve to be suspended like me. When I was in Freelancer.com, one of my clients asked outside communication/payment and ignored it,so after some days freelancer.com suspended my account for account for 3 days. So don’t do it.
Waste Money Buying Mass Courses
It was very important to fix the goal first. Then start to buy only the niche related course.
Poor Quality Gig Image
My gig image was less than good and it affacted my gig order rate.
Short & Unclear Gig Description
My short & unclear gig description affected my gig.
Not add FAQ with Gig Description
It’s very important to add FAQ with the gig description.
Unbalanced Pricing
Pricing must be near about average of the top 5 gigs of the search result.
My Formula for Fiverr Pricing= (Sum of Top 5 Gig’s Pricing ÷ 5) + or – $5 USD

But if you are the first one in the niche, then you can charge anything. First time I’ve not got any order because I charged 2 times more than the other seller.
